SENIOR ANALYST £45,000-50,000 + BENEFITS BATH As a Senior Analyst, you'll be a key advocate of data across the business aiding the Head of Analytics build out the team from scratch. THE COMPANY As a Senior Analyst, you will be working closely with both C-suite and leadership teams to drive business and achieve goals. This company are looking to gain an in-depth understanding of their customers, with a team of highly competent data scientists and analysts. For specifically, the company is looking to gain in-depth insight into the drivers of commercial performance, acquisition, cohort analysis and churn/retention whilst building out a new reporting suite. THE ROLE As a Senior Analyst, initially, you will be particularly hands-on developing the structure of the data as well as performing analysis using tools such as SQL. One of the first projects you will be working on is commercial reporting using tools such as Power BI, and analytics projects (segmentation, churn etc) whilst the Head of Analytics grows the team to enable the function to focus on a wider breadth of analytics. More specifically, as a Senior Analyst, you will be involved in the following: Working on projects across commercial, acquisition, retention and cohort analysisBeing an advocate for data across the businessWorking with stakeholders across various teams e.g. the marketing team, providing them with the appropriate tools for growth opportunitiesAnalysing large datasets using SQLReporting data and creation of dashboards using Power BI or similarYOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE The successful Senior Analyst will have the following skills and experience: Experience in Data Analytics, ideally in a customer-focused environmentExcellent ability to clearly communicate complex ideasExcellent business judgement and strategic thinking, with the technical toolkit to enable delivery and strong experience in collaborating and co-ordinating across multiple business departmentsHands-on technical ability with SQL (Python/R, Power BI/Tableau, and other tools all a nice-to-have)Experience with data warehousing, architecture and structure desirable but not essentialBENEFITS The successful Senior Analyst will receive a salary between £45,000-50,000 as well as an extensive benefits package.
